Job Description

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to support the ongoing efforts of the Global D&G marketing team. This will include:

  • Generating purchase orders
  • Assisting with CRM data cleanliness
  • Providing event support
  • Assisting with website maintenance
  • Creating emails
  • Performing additional tasks as needed

The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting the marketing efforts for the larger D&G Global Commercial organization (PDM and Sales). In this role, you will gain broad experience in marketing, including workflow processes, branding, marketing automation, campaign management, and general administrative functions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, science, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with 2 or more years of experience in marketing and/or in an administrative support role will also be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for the marketing or life science industry and its standard methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with Salesforce or Pardot is a plus
