We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations and Strategy to join our team at Mercy. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the Mercy ministry.
- Lead the development of analytic platforms to support business decision-making and improve care delivery.
- Partner with senior leadership teams, physicians, and key stakeholders to facilitate idea generation, strategic discussion, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with industry partners to identify and facilitate growth of strategic partnerships throughout the value chain.
- Develop and execute comprehensive health system and ambulatory strategic plans with a focus on orthopedics, cardiovascular, neurosurgery, oncology, and women's health.
- Five years of progressive professional experience in hospital operations, health system, or consulting settings.
- Experience in utilizing integrated technology platforms for strategic planning in a hospital, health system, professional services firm, or other healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
