In the capacity of a Training Manager, you will leverage your consulting, tactical, and technical experience to engage with leading experts in Army Training initiatives, specifically focusing on projects for the Army's V Corps. Your role will involve the development, planning, analysis, and assessment of the Army's training and readiness programs.

Your Background:
You have served your country as a military member or in a government service role—now, you can continue your mission with us. Advance your career while crafting impactful solutions that truly matter.

Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience in overseeing Army training initiatives.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing Army training at the Division or Corps level.
  • Proficient as an ammunition manager with experience using the Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS).
  • Experience in Brigade or Schools management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with military budgeting processes and systems.
  • Experience as a Bradley or Abrams Master Gunner at the Division level or higher.
  • Knowledge of Army training database systems, including DTMS.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Clearance Requirements:
Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
