- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in patient access or registration.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Basic medical terminology and knowledge of insurance specifications, ICD10 and CPT4 codes.
