Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of real estate investments in accordance with investor goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to investors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Resolve complex problems and issues that arise, while managing investor expectations.
  • Systematically assess, organize, and execute tasks using proprietary technology and centralized teams.
  • Proactively create tasks for team members and follow up to ensure satisfactory completion.
  • Build strong relationships with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Embrace innovation and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Discuss and cross-sell Roofstock real estate products.
  • Oversee Onsite Managers, who live on-site at properties with 16 or more apartments, and perform various tasks.
  • Assist investors with the purchase and sale of income properties.
Requirements:
  • Active Real Estate License.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, real estate, customer service, or account management.
  • Prior experience in property management, cost management, or revenue management is a plus.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and intrinsically motivated, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy.
Location:

This position is classified as HYBRID within the Greater Atlanta Area.

Compensation:

$70,000 annually, with eligibility for a bonus based on performance objectives.

Travel Requirements:
  • Must be able to travel within the assigned area a minimum of 10% of the time.
  • Travel may be required for training and offsites.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
