We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for a prominent food processing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, ensuring optimal performance.
- Handle residential cooling and heating systems, including automotive refrigeration and air conditioning.
- Adapt to the unique environment of a food production facility while adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Conduct inspections and repairs on freezer systems.
- Utilize welding skills, particularly MIG and Stick, to assist in maintenance tasks.
- Work with PLC robotics, including Fanuc and Nachi systems.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to facilitate repairs and installations.
- Manage electrical systems, including conduit work, 420V, 3-phase setups, and AC/DC circuits.
- Wire new motors into the production line as needed.
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform mechanical maintenance on cutting machinery, punch presses, boilers, conveyors, and motors.
- Handle various mechanical tasks, including the installation of blades and maintenance of rotors, shafts, bearings, and gears.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education is preferred, enhancing the candidate's technical expertise.
