Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Representative to join our team at Fidelity Investments. As a key member of our branch, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

The Expertise We're Looking For:

  • Proven customer service skills, with experience in phone, financial services, or a related field.
  • Banking, insurance, or financial experience is a plus, but not required.
  • We will provide support and training to help you obtain the necessary FINRA licenses, including the Series 7 and 66.
  • A degree and/or professional certifications, such as a CFP, are highly valued, but not necessary. Our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you obtain one.

The Purpose of Your Role:

As a Financial Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships, and contributing to the success of our branch. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $75,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
