Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Team Lead to oversee the technical management and development of the Generation Attribute Tracking System (GATS).

Main Responsibilities
Conduct business analysis to streamline technology processes and update corporate IT policies and procedures accordingly.
Coordinate a team of developers/testers, guiding project work and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, liaising with external vendors for tasks such as vulnerability assessments and system patching.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Skilled in SQL, with the ability to create and debug code, including queries and stored procedures.
Adaptability to shift priorities as necessary.
Solid grasp of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Basic knowledge of electricity markets.
Excellent customer support skills, including effective communication and problem-solving.
Eagerness to grow and expand responsibilities within the role.
Proficiency in debugging and maintaining complex systems, especially those with limited documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
Net developer preferred, with familiarity in C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET and MVC, SOAP, SQL Server, and MS Office.
