Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Certified Group is a leading provider of laboratory testing, regulatory consulting, and certification & audit services. We are seeking an experienced Regional EHS Coordinator to join our team in Greensboro, NC.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting environmental, health and safety initiatives, training, continuous improvement, incident response and investigations, reporting, and worker's compensation throughout Certified Group's Eastern Region.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital and physical recordkeeping, as well as knowledge of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Hazardous Waste Classification/Management.

Responsibilities
  • Create, revise, and implement CG Corporate EHS Policies, Procedures, and Forms.
  • Oversight management of all EHS processes within the Eastern Region, including Canada.
  • Maintain regular correspondence with the Corporate EHS Director.
  • Maintain EHS related documentation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • College, technical institute diploma, or University Degree preferred.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate preferred.
  • Standard First Aid Training preferred.
