About the Role

We're seeking an execution-focused generalist to join our team. This cross-functional role is crucial in ensuring our compliance, revenue operations, and product operations are optimized for efficiency and scalability. As we continue our rapid expansion, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Operations: Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement strategies that drive effective revenue operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC 2 and GDPR compliance) and coordinate audits as needed.
  • Product Operations: Support the product team in managing product lifecycles, coordinating user interviews, and ensuring smooth product operations.
  • Project Management: Use project management tools to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar operations role at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Broad experience across operational functions, with a proven track record of success.
