Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Forward. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our in-person Membership Advisor team and driving sales growth through prospecting, product demos, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the entire onsite lead journey from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for prospective members.
- Lead product demos and take prospective members through a tangible, immersive experience that showcases the benefits of having accessible, preventative healthcare through a Forward Membership.
- Engage with prospective members on the sales floor, educating them about our mission and the value proposition of our Membership.
- Wear many hats, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
- Upon consistently meeting initial sales targets, you will have the opportunity to explore and engage with additional sales channels, including local business outreach, event participation, and partnership development.
- This unique aspect of the role is designed to reward high performers with the flexibility to expand their sales approaches and contribute to our growth in new and exciting ways.
- 2-5 years of sales, consulting, or startup experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and meeting targets.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, always looking for innovative ways to meet and exceed goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop a comfortable rapport and establish relationships with a variety of individuals.
- Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
- On-target earnings: $125K ($25/hr base + uncapped commissions)
- Location: King of Prussia Mall CarePod (King of Prussia, PA)
- Job Type: Full-time, Onsite (please note: this may include nights and weekends)
