Senior Sales Manager

About the Role:
Vibrantz Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Lead generation and qualification through in-field activities, cold calls, and targeted visits
- Responsible for full sales cycle from opportunity identification through sales closure and support
- Develop strategic account plans and business plans for assigned accounts
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external technical teams
- Research and support promotional efforts for Vibrantz Electronic Materials
- Lead sales projects to closure of business, guiding Vibrantz's cross-functional teams to focus on high probability opportunities
- Responsible for accurately budgeting and forecasting of sales at assigned accounts on a quarterly basis
- Pre-plan and execute quarterly sales activity and prospecting cadence through scheduled customer visits
- Stay up to date on economic and industry trends through customer interactions and outside sources
Requirements:
- AA, BS, or BA degree or advanced technical degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing positions (sales, technical sales, technical service)
- Ability to lead and work on internal and external cross-functional teams to close new business and service existing accounts
- Build strategic relationships with customers at all levels within the organization to achieve and exceed desired business objectives
- Communicating value of product to customers in a variety of different markets and segments
- 5+ years of experience in electronic component or semiconductor packing industries
- Ability to self-direct work schedule based on evolving changing environments
- Ability to use Microsoft suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, SAP
- Ability to work, communicate, and influence in a consensus-based culture. Strong problem-solving, good business acumen
Physical Demands:
Physical requirements that may include lifting, standing or sitting for extended periods, unusual physical requirements or temperature extremes, etc.
Travel Requirements:
Travel within N. America 50% of the time.

This position shall maintain compliance with all Federal, State and Local Environmental, Health & Safety Regulations, at all times. The employee in this position shall maintain compliance with all Vibrantz Safety Standards as well as EHS rules/requirements of the site at all times.
