Exciting Opportunity for a HR Manager at PrideStaff

About the Role

PrideStaff is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective Human Resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead the recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Represent PrideStaff at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our brand
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of required training programs
  • Manage personnel files and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with leaders and employees across all levels
  • Handle termination procedures and conduct exit interviews to ensure a smooth transition
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws to minimize legal risks and protect the company's reputation
  • Engage with employees through regular meetings and surveys to understand their needs and concerns
  • Update and maintain job descriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Plan and coordinate employee communications and recruitment events to promote a positive company culture
  • Address and resolve any Employee Relations matters in a fair and timely manner
  • Participate in special projects as needed to support business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of HR experience in a similar role
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proficiency in Google systems and HRIS implementations

What We Offer

PrideStaff offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
