Job Summary

The Lead Clinical Applications Analyst will provide expertise in medication and related system development, analysis, and implementation, promoting cooperation and collaboration with team members to achieve Department of Pharmacy and OSUWMC enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and support clinical application systems and automation related to medication management.
  • Provide technical solutions for outpatient, ambulatory, and infusion pharmacy, including the Willow Ambulatory and Compass Rose for Pharmacy modules in Epic.
  • Lead the WAM+ team and cultivate a positive team culture.
  • Stay current with developments and issues in pharmacy practice and systems integration and automation.
Requirements
  • College degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Allied Health.
  • Minimum of four years of professional experience in information technology and/or healthcare.
  • At least two years of experience in a Pharmacy Informatics role with demonstrated success in project management and systems support/maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong project and process management skills.
  • Ability to independently manage projects with a moderately complex scope.
