Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Youth Mental Health Specialist to join our team. This individual will conduct assessments, facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, and coordinate with professionals from other systems to provide holistic care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
  • Coordinate with professionals from other systems, such as schools, social services, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required; Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
