Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in the success of our fixed base operation (FBO) by consistently delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming visitors and colleagues with a friendly demeanor, embodying the Signature brand.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate handling of concierge services, including hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and catering requests.
  • Responding efficiently to inquiries from vendors, customers, and team members.
  • Processing customer transactions and fuel purchases in compliance with company protocols.
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Signature's facilities, services, and local area information.
  • Conducting daily inspections to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Assisting pilots with essential airport and weather information.
  • Supporting visitors with luggage handling and aircraft marshaling.
  • Adhering to emergency response procedures during critical situations.
  • Proposing enhancements to operational standards and practices.

Work Environment
This position may require working in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors, near aircraft. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A valid state driver's license where applicable.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
  • The ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and adapt to changing weather conditions.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.

Preferred Experience
Experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous, along with familiarity with radio communication protocols.
