About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Associate for our HR/Corporate support team at our NYC Headquarters. As the first hire for our office, you will be an essential part of ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while supporting our CEO and President with scheduling and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of day-to-day office needs, including managing office supplies and coordinating with building management.
  • Proactive management of complex calendars to ensure effective and efficient scheduling.
  • Oversight of multiple executive email inboxes to ensure prompt replies and maintenance of business needs.
  • Partnership with the Talent team on scheduling interviews and hosting candidates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have 1-2 years of administrative support or office management experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and outstanding organizational and communication skills. Expertise in Google Suites, Zoom, and Microsoft Office is also required.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
