About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Deal Desk Specialist to join our team, supporting the Sales organization in structuring deals, applying pricing strategy, quote management, facilitating contract reviews, and managing the quote to cash processes.
As a key member of our team, you will partner with the WalkMe Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to develop and implement policies and processes that accelerate deal cycles and maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Be a trusted advisor for the sales organization, providing expert guidance on contract requirements and structure to increase deal closure velocity.
- Partner with internal organizations to negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition and operational policies.
- Review and approve non-standard contract language to ensure transactions meet company policies.
- Maintain an agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) on deal turnaround times.
- Develop and implement procedures related to the quote to cash cycle.
- Provide ongoing recommendations and lead improvements of deal desk and company quote to cash policies.
- Train new sales hires on deal structuring and approval processes.
- 2+ years of experience in contracts, deal desk, sales, or sales operations.
- Ability to work extended hours at the end of the month and quarter.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal business units.
