Job Description

Race Winning Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Product Information Specialist to manage and maintain product data for priority brands within the established Product Information Management (PIM) system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product information management systems and possess excellent organizational skills. As a Product Information Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, PIES/ACES compliance, and optimizing product data for website use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product data for Priority 2, 3, 4 brands within the PIM system.
  • Implement and manage PIES and ACES data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update the PIM system to ensure accuracy and completeness of product data.
  • Conduct regular audits of the PIM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Identify products that are not cataloged in the PIM system but are available in the catalog.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to data standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce teams to optimize product data for website use.
  • Maintain digital assets within the PIM system, including images, videos, and other multimedia content.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Automotive or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Field.
  • 4 years of relevant professional work experience, preferably in an automotive aftermarket industry setting.
  • Proficiency in product information management systems and data management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Experience with ERP systems and catalog management software.
