Job Title: Digital Merchandising Manager

At Patagonia, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandising Manager to lead our ecommerce experience and drive sales growth. As a key member of our digital team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience, increase conversions, and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our ecommerce platform.
  • Influence site landing page strategies to optimize homepage performance, drive cohesive storytelling, and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Define and implement best-in-class processes for new product delivery and go-to-market launches.
  • Oversee product photography strategy and ensure high-quality visual content.
  • Propose in-season updates to merchandising and retention marketing plans to reflect inventory positions and product mix.
  • Manage product recommendation rules to drive intelligent up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:
  • Seven years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, buying, or site experience, including at least two years as a direct manager/supervisor of others.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud required.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to conceptualize and implement ideas that support brand initiatives and achieve sales goals.
  • Flexible and quick learner able to adapt to a constantly changing digital environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ESP, search platform, A/B testing, and site personalization.
