Job Title: Store Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:
  • Practice retail quality control by verifying receipt of merchandise and reporting discrepancies to the Store Manager.
  • Receive and assist with loading and unloading merchandise deliveries, and restock items as needed.
  • Assist with tracking inventory, tagging, and labeling of shelving, and perform other merchandising duties as required.
  • Prepare product for display, including assembling, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Assist other team members with tasks such as pulling product and performing merchandise carry-outs for customers.
Requirements:
  • Motivated and upbeat individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 25 pounds.
