Key Responsibilities
This position involves enabling ORT's systems engineering process throughout product development life cycles, leading project-based technical cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, defining high-level and detailed technical requirements, contributing to new product architecture, coordinating test strategy development, and owning and managing technical risks throughout projects. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, improving, and maintaining automated test systems for robotics hardware and software. Additionally, this role requires excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills, solid analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience in script development and building automated test infrastructure, and proficiency in various software tools including C++, Python, Linux, ROS, and MATLAB.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this role, you must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, software engineering, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in testing and/or deploying robotics or complex hardware/software systems is required, although three years of experience is preferred. As a team player with a strong sense of ownership and customer focus, you will excel in this position if you possess excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills, solid analytical and troubleshooting skills, and experience in script development and building automated test infrastructure.
