About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met and maintained.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Permanent Quality Engineer to develop and implement quality control systems, conduct PFMEA analysis, prepare control plans, and ensure compliance with IATF standards.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product consistency and efficiency.
2. Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) to identify potential risks and implement appropriate control measures.
3. Prepare and manage control plans to ensure product quality and consistency.
4. Ensure compliance with IATF (International Automotive Task Force) standards and guidelines.
5. Use 8D problem-solving methodologies to address and resolve quality issues.
6. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and improvements.
8. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
9. Provide technical guidance and training to team members on quality assurance matters.
10. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the quality engineering field.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role in the Engineering industry.
3. Proven experience with PFMEA, control plans, IATF, 8D, and quality control.
4. Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficient in the use of quality management software and tools.
9. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification will be an added advantage.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
