Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated individual to fill the role of Loan Processing Coordinator. This position involves assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also engage in administrative tasks, manage incoming communications, and prioritize the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and guide customers effectively
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence
  • Process mail and organize deliveries

  • Update client insurance records
  • Conduct account verifications
  • Support loan processing staff

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service
  • 1 year of experience in administrative support and data entry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations
  • Flexible availability
