Job Title: Regional Director

Telecare Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to join our team. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing facilities within a designated geographical region and/or product line, ensuring the achievement of clinical program objectives, quality care, mutually supportive County and State relationships, and budgetary expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational objectives with facility Administrators and SVP-Ops
  • Establish communication linkages between Administrators and SVP-Ops
  • Monitor the performance of Administrators and facility department heads, and review assessments with SVP-Ops on a quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff in strategic planning activities to ensure ongoing effectiveness of the company
  • Ensure that personnel objectives are met, including monitoring attendance, turnover, recruitment, and Workers' Compensation claims at all facilities
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with State and County officials, including gathering feedback on program performance and maintaining an excellent community reputation
  • Submit a semi-annual written plan to SVP-Ops containing objectives and schedules related to patient care, finance, county/payer relations, and personnel
Requirements:
  • 10 years' experience in healthcare administration
  • Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Mental Health Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of labor relations
  • Strong team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience managing multiple sites
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience in a psychiatric treatment milieu
Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this job include occasional standing, walking, twisting, bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting items weighing 10 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity, repetition, and occasional driving.
