Patient Account Resolution Expert

Absolute Staffing & Consulting Solutions is seeking a Patient Account Resolution Expert to join our team in a remote virtual call center setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving patient account issues, negotiating payment plans, and providing exceptional customer service to hospital patients.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a hospital/medical customer service environment and proficiency in EPIC. You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve patient account discrepancies and negotiate payment plans
- Provide excellent customer service to hospital patients via phone and email
- Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve claims and billing issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in patient accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 1 year experience in hospital/medical customer service environment
- Proficiency in EPIC and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
The estimated salary for this role is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
