Shift Hours: 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Core Responsibilities:
  • Precision Assembly: Implement assembly plans across all stations within the custom automation framework, adhering to detailed assembly diagrams to position, align, and secure components using both hand and power tools.
  • Quality Control: Conduct comprehensive quality assessments on individual stations and sub-assemblies prior to installation to ensure adherence to print specifications and setup dimensions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Mechanical Assembly Lead and Engineering team to troubleshoot assembly challenges and assist in debugging efforts to facilitate factory acceptance testing.
  • Documentation: Accurately record mechanical assemblies and maintain clear communication throughout the assembly workflow.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in design, assembly, or mechanical principles is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of advanced experience in mechanical assembly.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective teamwork.
  • Mathematical proficiency for accurate measurements and metric conversions.
  • Capability to read and interpret blueprints, specification manuals, assembly plans, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues.
