Job Title: Supervisor, Ops

Wind River Environmental LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall performance of your team and driving a safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational efficiencies to improve dispatch, fleet, and customer service.
  • Conduct regular tool box talks and engage with technicians to promote a positive work environment.
  • Review daily routing schedules and check in with each technician to ensure a smooth service delivery.
  • Conduct check rides and provide feedback to technicians to improve their performance.
  • Solve technicians' problems in a timely manner and observe their driving habits to ensure safety.
  • Monitor morale and deliver customer interaction training to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure technicians are properly trained in all aspects of their job and actively work to gain their respect.
  • Review all work orders daily and leverage employee talents to promote optimal operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment and enforce company safety policies.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, counsel, and discipline as needed to ensure optimum performance.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (Bachelors Degree preferred)
  • Five plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in industry.
  • 5 plus years with direct responsibility managing a team of skilled and unskilled workforce
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software – Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Self-starter who can drive accomplishments
  • Strong customer (operations) focus
  • Understanding and experience in driving a safety culture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
