Position Summary

We are in search of a dedicated Full-Time Pest Control Operations Supervisor to oversee, mentor, and assess technicians while planning, coordinating, and implementing company operations, policies, and procedures, all while embodying Fox Pest Control's core values in every task.

Daily Responsibilities of a Pest Control Operations Supervisor

  • Incorporate Fox Pest Control's core values within the branch effectively.
  • Engage in all facets of the Pest Control Industry, including technical, route management, sales, administrative, and operational oversight.
  • Conduct daily operations in the designated territory, with occasional collaboration with the branch office.
  • Work closely with the branch manager and administrative staff.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate technicians.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company policies and procedures.
  • Manage a diverse team, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling a minimum of 10 individuals.
  • Delegate responsibilities and authority efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in the Pest Control or Lawn Care industry is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and state and federal regulations.
  • Previous experience in sales management is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and retention abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and perform a variety of duties.
  • Must obtain a commercial pesticide license.
  • Proximity to the designated territory is required.
