Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will engage in a variety of planning initiatives, including:

  • Development of active transportation strategies
  • Conducting corridor and safety studies
  • Creating mobility hub assessments
  • Performing trail evaluations

Responsibilities also include:

  • Producing GIS-based maps and analyses
  • Technical writing and research
  • Preparing plans, reports, and presentation materials
  • Facilitating public engagement and workshops
  • Assisting in project management tasks, including budgeting and scheduling
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of four years of experience in a relevant field
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Planning or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in GIS and quantitative analysis
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with software such as MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in project management tools

Additional preferred qualifications include:

  • A Master’s degree in Urban Planning or a related area
  • Expertise in New Mobility concepts
  • Experience with large-scale project management
  • Active involvement in professional associations
  • AICP Certification
