Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain accurate member information and care management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing or social work.
  • 2-4 years of experience in care management or a related field.
  • Current state clinical license preferred, with social work certification a plus.
