Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and review the flow of files and documentation in the department
  • Actively participate in Case Management and Treatment Team meetings
  • Review patient charts to assess admission and continuation of treatment
  • Gather data and respond to requests for records from fiscal intermediaries
  • Communicate the status of open and closed accounts for multiple levels of Case Management reporting
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field
  • Acute care work experience preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills, including data entry
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and oral
