About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Manager to join our team at Pintura Paint. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the guest experience, ensuring a personal and friendly experience for all visitors
  • Ensure peak organizational operations, identifying and addressing issues proactively
  • Implement established policies and procedures, measuring outcomes against standards and improving operational flow as needed
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, cultivating relationships with vendors
  • Oversee office interactions, responding to requests and questions
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Maintain office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
  • Oversee day-to-day activities, serving as the main point of contact in the reception area and keeping management informed of performance
  • Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, maintaining filing systems, mailing and shipping packages, and updating contact databases and employee lists
  • Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain and manage vendors, and coordinate food delivery as needed
  • Manage all aspects of office space and infrastructure planning, providing answers, resources, and solutions as requested
Requirements
  • 2+ years of office management experience
  • Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms and POS systems, preferably Décor Fusion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
