Job Title: Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager at Cetera Financial Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of financial professionals to achieve exceptional results in branch growth, productivity, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch productivity, retention, and recruitment of financial professionals.
  • Collaborate with financial professionals to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive revenue growth, and deepen client relationships.
  • Manage and coach financial professionals to achieve sales goals, develop their skills, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Oversee branch operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cetera's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients and financial professionals.
  • Partner with the Training Department to provide needs-based training to financial professionals and ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Conduct regular branch sales meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and set goals.
  • Manage and maintain a compliant branch, adhering to all Cetera Compliance Guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the financial services industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Series 7, 63/65 or 66, 24, and Life, Accident, Health and Variable Contracts Insurance License.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop financial professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, financial professionals, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to appointments and meetings, with occasional out-of-state travel for company meetings and conferences.
