Job Description

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for helping others? Do you have experience in restoration services and a strong desire to lead a team? We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of Palo Alto.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Production Crews: Oversee the daily operations of our production crews, ensuring that all jobs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Job Scheduling and Coordination: Assign and coordinate jobs with crews, supervise job scheduling, and coordinate requirements for each job.
  • Customer Communication: Provide clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates to our customers.
  • Team Management: Supervise production and monitor jobs from start to finish, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve problems quickly as they arise, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Training and Development: Train, manage, and recruit production personnel to ensure that our team is equipped to handle any situation.
Requirements:
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience: Experience in cleaning and restoration services is preferred, but not required.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Certifications: IICRC certifications are preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Chemical Exposure: Exposure to chemicals is a possibility in this role.
  • Physical Demands: Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing, and working at ceiling heights are all part of this role.
