About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Affordable Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our 51-unit apartment community, Weidler Commons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the property's marketing and leasing efforts
  • Maintain the property's integrity and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Screen prospective residents and collect rents
  • Prepare reports and agreements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance
Requirements
  • Two years of previous customer service experience
  • One year of previous property management experience
  • Previous experience with Yardi Property Management Software
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • A current valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $24-$27
  • FT, Monday-Friday, 9 AM- 4PM schedule
  • 32.5 hours per week
  • Monthly $50 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement
  • Eligibility for benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) program
