X-Ray Field Service Technician

MXR Imaging, Inc. is seeking an experienced X-ray Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for medical imaging equipment, including x-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of medical imaging equipment
- Install and configure medical imaging equipment at customer sites
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
- Order and manage parts and supplies for equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in electronics or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in medical imaging field service industry
- Proven knowledge and skill in diagnosing and repairing medical imaging equipment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual
- Proficient in MS Office applications and basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
