Behavioral Health Professional Job Opportunity

VitalCore Health Strategies, a leading provider of correctional health care, is seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at the Warren County Jail in Lebanon, Ohio.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, including holiday pay, medical, dental, vision, and a 401K plan with matching contributions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology, and have a minimum of one year of experience working in a social work capacity in a public or private agency.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing risk assessments and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams
  • Providing mental health treatment and holding licenses such as LSW, LPC, or equivalent
  • Assisting inmates in planning and implementing treatment goals
  • Preparing documentation and records

This is a fast-paced work environment that requires excellent clinical skills, including prioritizing treatment needs, crisis management, and brief clinical interventions.
