About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to join our team at Synechron. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables that require the engagement of multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate work objectives and coordinate delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate sync points across teams and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables.
  • Manage program risk and compliance to standards, ensuring delivery meets client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
  • Lead and coordinate routines to support delivery, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
  • Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
  • Provide status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership, including delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
  • Work with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements.
  • Support resource planning for delivery and execution.
  • Ensure adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Technology Project Management experience.
  • AML/KYC Subject Matter Knowledge.
  • Excellent experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ownership.
  • Ability to negotiate with multiple parties and find acceptable compromise.
  • Ability to manage in a time-constrained environment.
  • Ability to structure a project, its tasks, and its challenges to clearly understand the tasks and accountability of the project, the status of the project, the risks/ issues/ dependencies of the project.
