Job Title: PLC Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled PLC Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a PLC Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and programming PLCs, working with electricity up to 480v, interpreting schematics, and analyzing, troubleshooting, replacing, and installing electrical AC/DC controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and program PLCs
- Work with electricity up to 480v
- Interpret schematics
- Analyze, troubleshoot, replace, and install electrical AC/DC controls
- Perform power distribution troubleshooting and electrical installations
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical manufacturing and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production machines
- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery and equipment
- Recommend improvements in maintenance and operational procedures
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and modify PLCs and programming for high-speed production equipment and batch processes

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Liberty, South Carolina. The work environment is climate-controlled, and the working hours are 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
