As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency, reliability, and safety of our production processes.

Strong Electrical - Machanically inclined - PLC - Electrical Main 

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and calibration on a variety of printing machinery, including digital printers, offset presses, and finishing equipment.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions in production.

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of equipment. This includes regular inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements.

Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to minimize production downtime. Effectively prioritize and resolve urgent issues while maintaining a focus on safety protocols.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including performed tasks, repairs, replacements, and equipment condition. Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and manage work orders.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, regulations, and company policies while performing maintenance activities. Identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to understand equipment needs and challenges, providing technical support and recommendations to enhance productivity and efficiency.
