Job Overview

TIER4 GROUP is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic planning, design, development, and communication of HR systems programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports and dashboards to support executive and internal reporting needs
  • Act as a Data Steward to ensure the accuracy of data entry, data analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Design and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Participate in HR projects as needed, generating reports from various HCM data sources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources, or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to document current business processes, determine gaps, and suggest effective solutions
  • Strong analytical/numeric skillset with ability to master new systems/processes quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and timeliness
  • Knowledge of enterprise HR systems like Workday
  • Experience working with data visualization/dashboarding

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in business/human resources and/or Computer Science
  • Workday HCM experience
