Job Summary:

Olesky is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct outpatient mental health services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care. Your expertise will be invaluable in coordinating and documenting patient care, ensuring quality and continuity of care, and managing risk.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct outpatient mental health services to patients
• Collaborate with a team of Psychiatrists, Medical Providers, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Clinical Social Workers
• Coordinate and document patient care for quality and continuity of care
• Manage risk and ensure patient safety

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in nursing with a focus on psychiatric mental health
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Vermont
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
