As a key member of our Distribution and Receive Centers team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless product delivery to our guests. With a focus on operational excellence, safety, and teamwork, you will foster a positive work environment that drives productivity and growth.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of logistics professionals, overseeing daily operations, and driving process improvements. Your expertise in problem-solving, conflict management, and communication will enable you to motivate and engage your team members, ensuring they meet their business goals.

About You:

  • You have a four-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • You possess demonstrated leadership ability, with a proven track record of engaging and motivating others.
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures.
  • You are able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms, and can traverse conveyor crossovers.

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $69,000.00 - $124,200.00 per year, depending on your location and level of experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), employee discount, short-term disability, long-term disability, paid sick leave, paid national holidays, and paid vacation.
