The RoleThis position will oversee the operations of our Fridley site, including managing a team of Customer Service Representatives, Schedulers, and Workforce Management Coordinators. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service and a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the on-site team to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and operational challenges.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
