We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Talkishco. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting various departments with clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, filing, and handling correspondence.
  2. Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-organized and tidy; restock supplies and manage inventory; coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
  3. Calendar and Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel plans for staff as required.
  4. Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports for team members and management.
  5. Customer Service: Greet and direct visitors, handle inquiries, and assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and clients.
  6. Support to Departments: Assist various departments with clerical tasks and special projects, as assigned.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
