Key Responsibilities- Manage the collection of outstanding balances from accounts, ensuring timely resolution and settlement.
- Make outbound calls and contacts with customers to collect overdue amounts, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Prepare and send deficiency letters to customers, clearly outlining the necessary steps for resolution.
- Identify and recommend solutions to bring past-due accounts up to date, demonstrating a proactive approach to collections.
- Develop and implement deficiency strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Produce and maintain accurate deficiency reporting, providing valuable insights for management.
- Present deficiency collection results to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless account management, including sending accounts to collection agencies and processing invoices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or collections roles.
- Working knowledge of post-liquidation and recovery collections, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Collection Plus tracking system.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
