  • Intensive Residential Treatment: A structured 90-day program for youth requiring more intensive support.

Requirements

Candidates must be responsible, mature, self-motivated individuals who possess a desire to work with at-risk youth, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to set firm limits.

Qualifications: must be 21 years of age, have a valid Minnesota driver's license, and have a high-school diploma or GED. Post-secondary education in the Human Service / Law Enforcement fields or equivalent experience is desirable but not mandatory.
