Insurance Account Representative

As a successful Insurance Account Representative for Richard Moore - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure their needs are met.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to drive business growth.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of life products
- Knowledge of living benefits products
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
- Life and Health license (must have currently)
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
