About the Role: As a Clinical Therapist, you will work closely with children and families to develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based models to facilitate growth and development. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing and assessing clients, coordinating referrals, and monitoring service plan implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess clients using ICD and/or DSM guidelines, selecting appropriate assessment tools as needed.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with agency goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, reports, and case notes, adhering to all agency and contractual requirements.
- Facilitate ongoing communication and follow-up with assigned clients and other providers to ensure seamless treatment delivery.
Required Qualifications: A Master's level degree in a mental health-related field, a professional license in the state of Michigan, and a minimum of 1-year experience working with children are essential for this role.
